I’m Jordan Ball, a UX designer in the Phoenix area with 20+ years of experience. I've been fortunate to work with a ridiculous spread of top clients giving me experience across many industries and contexts. In that time I've worked at both small, local agencies and at KPMG, one of the "big four" accounting and consulting firms, where I've been able to work & learn from some of the most talented folks in the industry.

I'm really in my sweet spot when there is a complex problem to untangle. I can build understanding by digging into the particulars via interviews, observations, and workshops, then crafting artifacts like journey maps, personas & workflows to uncover pains & gains. I love taking that understanding and creating new solutions in an iterative, validated way; from pencil/paper to pixel perfection. And if I can mentor and grow other designers along the way, so much the better.
