Zurich Insurance — Broker Performance Playbook + Dashboard

The Broker Dashboard was created as a place for Zurich's insurance brokers to gather information about the health of their broker relationships in a quick, glanceable way. The Playbook was then designed as a way to simplify the process of taking all of the information contained within the dashboard (and elsewhere) to create a streamlined, fact-based broker presentation in a simple, step-by-step way.
